I have a 1997 Fiat Ducato based MH with a 2.5Td engine. Have read on here and numerous other places about the 5th Gear failure and to over fill the gear box to ensure sufficient splash over to lub the 5th gear. Apparently the original recommended amount of oil was 1.25 litres but was revised to 1.9 litres. Does that sound the right amount?
