I have the HRM Pro connected to garmin connect and my FR 945. I also installed the running power data field and enabled it on my watch. I started a treadmill activity on the watch and then placed it down off my wrist. At this point I thought the HRM Pro would track my cadence, steps, and distance and show that on the watch during the workout.
