Hey guys, I've been on the same problem for the past 5 days now and I dont seem to be able to find a solution. Whenever I try to play Multiplayer it gives me the notice "you are missing one or more DLC packs", I'm on ps4 so i check on the information on the main menu while COD MW is highlighted and I find that I'm missing multiplayer 2 pack along with others.

PS5 Delete saved data steps: Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings. Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4). Select Console Storage > Delete. Tick the box next to the MWII files select Delete. Brother I’m having the same issue on my new PS5 on the latest update of Modern Warfare and Warzone season 6. Here's how a normal, sensible company would have bundled these packs together : Modern Warfare Base Game (Includes both Data Packs, since they are a requirement.) Campaign Pack Spec Ops + Survival Pack (Survival requires Spec Ops, so it makes sense to just bundle both together.) Multiplayer Pack Under this, you will see multiple packs such as “Modern Warfare – Special Ops Pack, Multiplayer & Special Ops Pack etc. Select every pack that you need (ensure that you have enough storage) and then click on Save Changes. It will download and install the packs. Then launch the game and it should work normally. Final Words
This is a very annoying bug with Modern Warfare, where even if you install it a number of times, it keeps doing that. Fortunately, it's stopped doing that, at least for me, probably cause I've installed the game on my M.2 SSD on my PS5. Hopefully it gets resolved for good once Warzone gets detached from Modern Warfare.

Go to your console’s home screen, hover over Modern Warfare and press the Options button. Select Manage game and add-ons from the drop-down menu. In the next menu, click on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. A list of different game packs opens, click on the Modern Warfare – Multiplayer & Special Ops pack checkbox to select it.

For Xbox: Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the Guide menu. Select My games & apps > Hit See all > Choose Games. Choose the Ready to install tab. Select Queue > Choose the Modern Warfare 3 game. Now, press the Menu button on your controller. Select Manage game & add-ons or Manage app.

For multiplayer I only installed the 22gb multiplayer pack 2 (not the smaller 9gb version), multiplayer pack 3, the special ops and multiplayer comparability pack. I have reset console a couple of times and seems to have worked, pressure there was some issue linking my ps5 to the PS4 which was putting it in an endless loop.
